Delivery Policy

At Nevo Farm, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible with the best service. Below are the details of our delivery policy:

1️⃣ Delivery Areas

- We deliver to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

- Some remote areas may require a longer delivery time.

2️⃣ Delivery Time

- Within Cairo and Giza: 3 to 5 business days.

- Other governorates: 3 to 7 business days.

- Business days do not include official holidays.

3️⃣ Delivery Cost

- Shipping cost is determined based on the governorate and delivery location.

- Free delivery promotions may be offered at certain times or for orders above a minimum amount.

4️⃣ Order Confirmation

- Orders are confirmed via phone or messages before shipping.

- If we are unable to contact the customer, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5️⃣ Shipping Company

- Delivery is carried out through an approved shipping company or our own courier depending on the area.

6️⃣ Delivery Delays

- Delays beyond our control may occur in some cases (high shipping demand, weather conditions, official holidays).

- Customers will be notified in case of any delay.

7️⃣ Failed Delivery

- If the customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the order, the customer bears the shipping cost.

- For re-shipping, additional shipping fees will apply.

8️⃣ Cash on Delivery

- Payment on delivery is available, as well as other payment methods we provide.

- Please ensure the required amount is available upon delivery.

We aim to provide high-quality products. If you face any issue with your order, exchange is available under the following conditions: Exchange within 14 days of receiving the order. Product must be unused and in original packaging. No cash refunds available. Exchange only for defective or damaged products. Contact customer service to start the exchange process.
